We promote new age eco-friendly technologies to improve the food safety and reduce the burden on environment. We designed Turmeric cooking Units and distributed to our farmers. We have also designed the energy efficient cook stove to reduce the usage of wood for the turmeric cooking and also the usage of water.

We promote indigenous varieties and crops which are soil friendly and promotes the growth of local eco-system. These varieties are environment friendly and require less intervention which ultimately reduces the burden on farmer. These are profitable to farmer and also good for the health of consumers.

We promote sports in the Tribal Schools to motivate the dropout children towards education system. It also helps to improve the physical and mental health of the children.

We train the farmers to prepare fertilisers and pesticides by using locally available materials. It helps the farmers to understand the importance of local herbs and other trees in the agriculture. Our farmers are following organic practices to produce healthy food products.

Women are playing major role in the cultivation. The FPOs which are promoted by our organisation are involving more women as Board of Directors in the decision-making process.

We promote local Tribal Culture and their traditions. Every tribal group has their own culture, and we encourage them to follow their inherited rich culture and create awareness among these groups to protect their culture from the influence of external forces.

We promote solar energy for household usage. We have trained 16 illiterate tribal women as solar engineers with the support of Barefoot College, Tilonia, Rajasthan. These solar mamas installed 500 solar home lighting systems in the Tribal area of Visakhapatnam. These women can assemble, install and repair the solar systems.

We promote farmer producer organisations in the Tribal area. We have initiated 6 Farmer Producer Organizations in 2 Districts and 6000 plus farmers become part of these initiatives.

We promote cluster development programmes which are sponsored by Ministry of MSME, Government of India. We completed the implementation of Coffee Cluster in which we established complete coffee processing equipment and now we are implementing Turmeric Cluster Development Programme.
